V2.10
New Changes:
-Added some more icons for some of the other units.  They all look alright now.
-Made the Commando the right size.  This took a lot of work to do so please do not make fun of it. It is not completly correct but good enough for now.  Replace with the GNRL.
-Fixed all structures and icons.  They should all work perfectly
-Added some ant replacements: the dino's now are the same number of images and stealth tank, flame tank, and recon bike replacements.
-Added rules.c&c

New Changes:

New Changes:
-Made the icons for the grey boxed icon units.
-Added the Viceroid, this time it works, with an icon.
-(remeber all the new icons were drawn by me so please do not laugh to hard.  I never claimed to be an artist.)
-Repaired some of the old icons so they all should be as perfect as possible.

New Changes:
-Brand new file.
-Easy to install just extract into redalert directory
-Added icons for Soviet Command Center, the MISS building, the Queen ant, The Civilians, the three ants, einstein, delphi, and chan.(before you get too excited they are just grey boxes, I need better ones can anyone help?)
-Added icons for the Dino's
-Changed some units image names.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Extract the sc-cnc.mix file into your redalert directory and change rules.ini with the image= added to the units you wish to change.
Also included is the chem.shp file by Dookieman which adds the chem weapon.  I don't know much about this but here are his instructions to use it:

(Note the rules.cnc is just an example rules.ini on how to change the units to C&C ones.  The only things that have been changed are the Image=something, again this is to only show you how it works the rest of the editing is up to you.)

The rules.c&c is a rules that is simular to c&c.  It is not perfect I know there are some things that are not right.  I am not going to fix the problems you may change these on your own as you please.

Units:
Image Name:     Description:
A10 - 	        This is the A10 warthog plane.  
C17 -           This the NOD cargo plane.  
BIKE -	        This is the NOD recon bike.  You can replace this with any of                 the terrestrial vehicles.  
BGGY-           This is the NOD buggy.  You can replace this with any of the                 terrestrial vehicles.
MLRS-           This is the mobile rocket launcher the Nod had.  Replace this                 with any terrestrial vehicle.
STNK-           This is the stealth tank.  Replace this with any terrestrial                 vehicle.
FTNK-           This is the Flame tank.  Replace this with any terrestrial                 vehicle.
HUMM-           This is the hummvee.  
MSAM-           This is the GDI rocket launcher vehicle.  Replace with any                 terrestrial vehicle.
RMBO-           This is the commando.  Replace him with one of the E series                 to get the commando to look the best.  Problem he is smaller                 than the rest of the guys, so he is a midget.
E5 -	        This is the chemical trooper.  Replace him with any of the E_                 units to make him look the best. 
ORCA-           This is the Orca helicopter.  Replace with other helicopters. 
MTNK-           This is the Old C&C medium Tank.
VICE-		This is the Viceroid.

Structures:
Hospital and Bio-lab now have icons so you can activate them with icons.
GTWR-           This is the GDI guard tower.  I recommend to replace with pillboxes and such.
ATWR-           This is the Advance guard tower.
OBLI-           This is the Obelisk of light.
HAND-           This is the hand of NOD building.
PYLE-           This is the GDI barracks.
COMM-           This is the old comm. center.
TMPL-           This is the temple of NOD.
EYE-            This is the Advanced Comm. Center
NUKE-           This is the old power plant.
NUK2-           This is the old Advanced power plant.

Special: Replacements for the ANTS
TREX-		This is the T-Rex.
RAPT-		This is the Raptor.
TRIC- 		This is the Triceratops
STEG-		This is the Stegosaurs. This is a purple dino, the palette file would not convert.
BIK1-		This is the recon bike.
FTN1-		This is the flame tank.
STN1-		This is the stealth tank.

New changes:
-The planes and hand of nod now have the correct amount of images so they work better.
-Added the old power plants.
-This is only for windows 95 users the dos version will give you super huge icons.

NEW CHANGES: If you have the older version just replace the file conquer.mix in your red Alert file with the new one here.  
New changes:
-Added C&C gold icons, they look exactly like red alert ones.
-Do not use the Viceroid anymore it will lock up RA when you try to move it.
-The Advanced Comm. Center does work well.
-Now the T-rex, and the Steg. are converted.  The Tric will not convert.

A note on replaceing graphics:  Try to replace graphics with units that act simular to them.  Like the hummvee has a turret so replace with jeep.  Bike, Flame Tank and Stealth tank all act like the artillery.  Try to match buildings with ones about there size.  I have noticed that when you change an advanced guard tower from a pill box that sometimes the top gets cut off for a few seconds.

From the beginning I have had this urge to get the old Nod bike and the old commando back into the game.  Finally after many people telling me how to do it I have got it.  I will try and give you the easiest description on how you can too.

Here is how I did it.:
First using ra-mix I removed a unit from red alert.  Then I converted it into .pcx.  Next I loaded the .pcx file in Paint Shop Pro 4.12, then I went to save palette, and saved it under some name.pal.  Next I used mixman and opened up my C&C conquer.mix I extracted all of the units that I was going to change.  I converted them all into .pcx format.  Then I loaded them into Paint Shop Pro.  Next I went to open Palette file, and clicked on nearest color matching and selected the palette file I had saved from the red alert unit.  Then the program converts the image to the palette.  Then I saved the file, and changed it back into .shp format.  Then I opened mixman again and replaced all of the old images with the new ones.  To make sure it worked look at the unit you replaced and the colors should be all weird if it worked.  To get the icons I did the same thing I just replaced the icons instead.  If anyone can get the rest of the dino's to work or the EYE to work please send them to me and I will update the file.
